Optimads connects to your Meta account via Facebook Login only to manage and report on the ad accounts you own. The data we store from Facebook is limited to your connection token and the list of ad accounts/pages you selected.

How to delete your data

You can remove all data Optimads holds from Facebook in any of these ways:

From inside the app: Settings → Connections → Disconnect Meta. This immediately deletes your stored token and connected accounts.
From Facebook: Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove Optimads. Facebook then notifies us automatically and we delete your data.
By email: write to contact@optimads.ai with the subject “Data deletion”. We process the request within 30 days.
