Cookie Policy
This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies we use on the Optimads platform, operated by FLAMINGO INDUSTRY SRL. See also the Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files saved on your device when you visit a website. The term also covers similar technologies (e.g. “localStorage” — local browser storage), used to remember information related to your session.
2. What we use — strictly necessary only
Unlike many platforms, Optimads does NOT use advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies (we have no Google Analytics, remarketing pixels, Hotjar, etc. in the platform). We use exclusively strictly necessary technologies for authentication and the application's operation:

Because they are strictly necessary for the Service to work, these do not require consent. Without them, authentication and core features would not work.
3. Cookies from connected platforms
When you connect to third-party platforms (Meta, Shopify, Google) through their authentication windows (OAuth), those platforms may set their own cookies, according to THEIR policies, over which we have no control. See:

4. How to manage cookies
You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, etc.). Note that if you block strictly necessary cookies, authentication and some Platform features will no longer work correctly.
5. Changes
We may update this policy. If we ever add non-essential cookies (e.g. analytics), we will display a consent banner and update this page beforehand.
